  • James showed me homes

      i found james to be very dishonest and shady. After agreeing on a price on a place in briney breezes, my contract came with an unexplained $5,000 price increase. After finally reaching him he told us the buyer changed his mind and decided to increase the price. After agreeing to that price he then nullified our signed contract because someone had offered more money. After that person backed out, our deal finally went through. On our closing contract "his"atty put the agreed upon sale price $5000 higher than the actual agreed upon price. if it wasn't picked up reviewing the contract, I'm sure we would have been out the money. Our impression after dealing with him was that he is backhanded and very unprofessional. If you do decide to deal with him pay very close attention to everything and keep your attorney in the loop. DEFINITELY NO HANDSHAKE DEALS WITH THIS GUY
