He understood what type of home we were looking for and was able to find several of them for us to choose from. James was very patient and understanding during the showings and listened well to our preferences. Once we settled on the house we wanted to buy he was very efficient with the purchasing process. He took the time to explain everything about the purchase of the home and was very helpful in dealing with the sellers to get things right.

I have to say I was a little skeptical at first because I have not had great experiences with realtors in the past. James is not like any other realtor that you will imagine. James is very easy going and comfortable to be around. I felt like he really cared about what we wanted and helped us get what we needed. Not everyone's house is considered a castle to all but James will treat it like it is your castle. I will recommend James Banks to anyone that I know looking to buy or sell
