I worked with James when we were ready to sell our first home and buy something bigger. James and Katie were at the near beginning of their real estate career when we first started working together. I am a picky picky home buyer who asks WAY too many questions and wants answers quickly. I was soo impressed with with the level that James and Katie were able to help us find exactly what we were looking for while working with many other clients at the same time. It was their extreme attention to detail, their ability to multitask and their willingness to fight for their clients that got us into our dream home. We were able to close on our old home and new home on the same exact day. Watching how they maneuver through the unending hiccups that you encounter in real estate just leaves me in awe. I was a buyer for a nuclear plant prior, so trust me when I say I know stress and deadlines! They just blow me away and keep their cool through it all. They are smart and dedicated and I am happy to recommend them to any and all buyers and sellers. You won’t regret trusting them with such a huge transaction.
