Clarence did a fantastic job for my husband and me. We were relocating from out of state and he went above and beyond for us. He hustled. He used FaceTime to view houses for us and he also made arrangements early mornings to squeeze in viewings for us when we were in town. We could not have asked for a better agent. I started off as a FSBO and had showings. However, after about 3-4 weeks, I decided to list because I had too much going on in my life. I wish I could give Amanda and the other representatives at Tyre 10 stars! We are a military family that move around a lot and found ourselves deciding to sell our house in NC that we would not be able to live in again. We had it on the market a few years ago but had a bad experience with it not selling so we ended up renting it out. After we decided to sell, Amanda went straight into action. It was on the market for 10 days and we got an offer! The entire process was effortless and painless...and due to our military assignment in Maryland, we never even met Amanda or anyone else at Tyre personally.
