We had the best possible experience with James - he stood by us when times got tough in our home buying process and was never afraid of extra work. The man works 24 hours a day, 365! He's very knowledgeable and professional yet feels like an old friend. I've already recommended James to everyone I know looking to buy or sell, but will always continue to do so. Our home buying/building experience in general as a whole was awful, but James was the only good part. If it weren't for his perseverance, we probably would have given up. James is really the best - anyone would be lucky to have him as a realtor.Also, just have to mention that he's one of the most patient people I've ever met!

James was great to work with as he was very knowledgable and up to date with the latest marketing trends. He was also very responsive. We didn't have to worry about anything as James took care of every aspect of buying our home. We only had to keep the house ready for showings & sign the closing papers.
