Not only is a James knowledgeable about the Triangle housing market, he also goes above and beyond for his clients! He’s hardworking and has great communication skills. He was always available to answer questions and was extremely savvy in negotiating a fair deal during our purchase transaction. In addition to his amazing real estate skills, he also brings a great sense of humor! He felt like a friend immediately after we met and made the tedious activity of buying property fun! Will definitely be using his services again!
