James Lamoureux

James was born and raised in Sioux City, Iowa. He graduated from West High School in 2006 and Western Iowa Tech Community College in 2009 with honors in accounting. He has had multiple years of detail oriented accounting and customer service experience. Real estate consulting was a natural fit for his skills and interests and he enjoys every opportunity to be of service to the community. He found his passion in real estate when he helped renovate an investment property with close friends that were unsatisfied by the agents they had worked with in the past. Confident he could serve them, he exceeded their initial expectations by going above and beyond what most agents do for their clients.
