James Moon

Jim grew up as a child rooted in a strong work ethic passed down from an agricultural base in Branchport, New York. After leaving Yates County for a short time, Jim owned several gas stations in the Buffalo area. Upon returning, Jim returned to his roots as a local grape grower, investing in Yates County real estate, and beginning a successful real estate career in Yates County. After 31 years as a Century 21 Broker, Jim is excited about implementing new Nothnagle tools and systems in 2011 and beyond to provide the best service to his buyers and sellers in these changing times. Today, Jim operates the Nothnagle REALTORS, Hometown Choice office as a Broker Owner in conjunction with partnering owners, Mark Moon, Carol Bodine, and Richard Murphy.
