My career started in 1978 selling new homes with Oot Bros Inc. 1n 1980 I joined William Alan estate where i learned the basic business. in 1984 I was challenged to expand my training and knowledge, working on and obtaining the Certified Residential specialist (CRS) designation. I have spent my career studying the skills needed to successfully assist buyers, sellers, and investors in achieving their goals. I have served the industry actively participating in the Association of Realtors at National, State and Local levels. in 1999 i was president of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors and named Realtor of the year in 2002. Recently it became clear that more people would be needing assistance in dealing with mortgage problems. so i took special training in effectively assisting families who are behind in their mortgages, earning the Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) designation
