He is personable, honest, and a great Realtor! I didn't give him more stars in process expertise because he is fairly new in the business (even though he has done more deals in his first year than most Realtors do in their first ten), but what he may lack in experience, he more than makes up for with a great attitude and rare work ethic!

He impressed me the first time I met him while he was "door knocking" for sale by owners. I have extensive experience as a real estate (retired) agent and he was convincing and showed great repose and listening abilities. He and Kiera were also my agents when I purchased my new home. Keira did a great job in representing us in that purchase. They have also kept in contact with us since we first hired them in 2014 to sell our home.

He knocked on our door wanting to talk with us about considering listing with him. That is something that I normally don't like, but we gave him the opportunity to tell us what he would do for us, liked his personality and was impressed with his demeanor. We listed with him, our house went under contract. He helped us through some difficult situations with the buyer of our house. Everything worked out. He is a hard working agent, ambitious and easy to work with. He has a great personality and it has been a joy working with him. I would highly recommend James.

We were going to do a FSBO, but James' presentation of his marketing plan convinced us to hire him as our realtor. In the end he brought us more money (even after commission) than the FSBO would have! He handled everything very professionally and went above the line to duty to help us sell the property. We sold the property while on cruise and James's ability to work us thru the process via email was tremendous as I needed a lot of computer assistance. We will use James again and would (and have) highly recommended him to others.
