The short story is "Jan gets it done." She knowledgeable about the market, knows what to expect & how to take down as many hurdles as possible, before the buyer or seller knows there's a hurdle. A quick example, my client was moving back to upstate NY. I recommended Jan. My client interviewed a few other realtors and they preferred Jan by far.
