She took her time with me with in my search for a new place, I never once felt pressured to speed things up. When I was ready to make a move on a place. My husband and I recently purchased a home with the help of Janene Spencer. We had quite a few challenges and Janene was very patient and hard working to see that we found what we needed. As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I had gotten myself into and couldn't have completed the process without Janene. There were a few speed bumps along the way with my condo association and the mortgage company, but throughout the whole process Janene was diligent to get me the information I needed and explain everything that was happening. She was extremely patient and answered all of my questions and was quick to respond whenever I texted her or emailed her. Even after closing I called her with a couple other questions and she was more than happy to help me out. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend her to anyone!

I thought it would be impossible, I thought my mortgage was upside down. But she showed me the comps and knew I could get a decent price, with a bit left over after paying off my mortgage too. She told me houses like mine were selling in two weeks AND MINE DID TOO! There was a lot to be done to get it ready for showing. Janene gave me the name of a wonderful cleaning person and a handy man. Both did excellent and timely jobs for me at a reasonable price. After the offer was accepted Janene held on and helped me get thru the title mess. She was just wonderful from every step of the process!
