Janet was beyond great. Not only she understood very clearly what we were looking for and delivered effectively, but she did it exceeding the expectations in a transaction that is so personal and human. She is most definitely our realtor in the area for any future need.

When Janet was our buyers' agent in Ann Arbor, she did what we thought was impossible; Janet helped us get our dream home after having made ONE offer, on one house, under asking price, and with more seller concessions after the inspection. All of that was in Ann Arbor. Wow! Thank you Janet. I doubt you will find a more responsive agent (or a more responsive professional in any field for that matter). On this point, Janet is amazing. When we contacted during work hours (before 10 PM or after 8 AM) the longest we went without receiving a text, phone call, or email response was 30 min. That is not an exaggeration. I am confident that her commitment to quick response times was the key factor for getting us into our home. We have so many wonderful things to say about Janet. Her background in building and construction provided helpful knowledge. Her flexibility allowed us to creatively use our skills as buyers. Her close knowledge of the mortgage process helped anticipate and avoid roadblocks in the financing process. But looking back, the thing I appreciated most was her sense of humor. The process of buying a home is incredibly stressful. Now, imagine going through that process the week after Christmas during blizzards, federal holidays, and communicating with sellers who live on another continent. That was our experience. We looked at houses the week before Christmas, put in an offer on Christmas Eve, started the financing process shortly thereafter, and closed February 3. Through it all, Janet used humor and optimism to keep us going. We are so glad that the commission money from our home purchase went to this individual. Not only is she a wonderful woman of high character, she WORKS for her part of that the commission. As a result of Janet's responsiveness, enthusiasm, and excellent working relationship with lenders, we were able to quickly get into the home of our dreams. I'm sure she'll do the same for you.

Everything she did for us was over and above our expectations. While we were traveling out of state for three weeks Janet had full Internet access to our home security system. She turned the system on and off as needed for showings and Open Houses. Janet made some excellent recommendations for staging our home and the Virtual Tour that she placed on-line was outstanding! Janet is a true professional. Her marketing and negotiating skills are excellent.She got the job done for us and we recommend her 110%!"
