With over 25 years of industry experience, Ms. Randazzo oversees the company operations and leadership for Strategic Sales and Marketing. Janis is well known throughout the industry for her innovative thinking and proactive approach to design, marketing and sales. During her career, she has worked as Division President for the Ryness Company and in sales management for five of the Nations top homebuilders. Janis acts as Broker (01102869) for the company and is a member of the Executive Board for the Southern California Sales and Marketing Council. She volunteers her time as an instructor for the Certified Sales Professional (CSP) course and as a speaker at various industry functions, most recently at PCBC.Janis has received numerous awards for her industry contributions including MAME Sales Manager of the Year and is a two time recipient of the NAHB Silver award for Sales Manager of the Year. In 2007, she was awarded with the Presidents Award by the Southern California SMC.
