My real estate philosophy revolves around passion, new beginnings and opportunity. The first home my wife and I bought was a small owner/occupy investment property in the Congress Park neighborhood. We jumped at the unique situation and transformed the units into livable desirable homes to rent out. The process and experience ignited. My real estate career and has forever changed me as an individual and the goals I set for myself. We had no idea real estate could be such a vehicle for us and I hope to show and share these experiences with all of my clients.
