Jeanne was recommended to us and we are so pleased that we had that recommendation as.we really liked working with her. It was our first home and thus sale and Jeanne was very patient with us and explained and guided us on everything.Our house was 110 years old and was very original so not your normal, "found in Hawthorne" property. Jeanne helped us to focus on what things needed to be done to make it appealing to a buyer. Jeanne has a very good knowledge of the area and how to price things to get interest. We were very happy that it sold so quickly and for a price that was acceptable to us. If I had to say a downside it was that we had so many viewings that it felt like we were never at home!! I would say 3-4 per day on top of the open houses. It was a hard few weeks but it was well marketed. Jeanne was able to recommend a whole suite of professional people to help us with the move. Everyone that we called based on her recommendations had nothing but good things to say about her and everything went very smoothly.Overall I would say that you are in very professional, competent and caring hands should you decide to go with Jeanne as your realtor. If I had to sell again in the area I would definitely choose her again.
