- Jeanne helped me buy a home
Horrible experience. Too many negatives to list, but ultimately, she was only in this for herself and wasn't there when we needed her. Literally, she "forgot" about a two week vacation during both closings she was to represent us at. Her stand in, didn't know a thing about our situation. Last, she couldn't even help us when previous home owners didn't abide by contract to make pre-purchase repairs. Stay away from Jeanne
