I personally have many years of varied experiences that set me apart from your typical realtor. I was an architectural draftsman for 20+ years. I designed buildings, interiors and landscapes. I was a small business owner. I have owned multifamily buildings. I have purchased and "flipped" buildings. I have recently been a realtor for approximately 20 years, and had been a realtor for a few years in the 90’s. That being said, it seems every transaction is different just as every buyer/seller is. I am always learning something new, which helps this job continue to be an interesting one. I know the mid-coast Maine area well. I grew up in Freeport and haven't strayed far from the area most of my life. The coast is my "heart".
