I live in NY and I needed to sell my moms house. I was all over the internet researching realtors and Jeff stood out with all of his positive reviews. Jeff responded to my email immediately. The next day Jeff sent me a Market report along with this great aerial shot of the house. After meeting Jeff, I decided he would work out for us and I was right! Jeff had a marketing plan in place and my house, the first day of viewing, had a line out the door literally (Thursday) and that night, offers. Bidding war started the next day. This was my first experience working with a Realtor. We were working with another Realtor before we met Jeff. We were not satisfied with Realtor at all. Then we met Jeff, he was is a true Professional. My experience with Jeff was Excellent. He would send me new listings each day, followed up with a text or email asking if I wanted to see any of properties. Jeff Grant is a fantastic realtor! Our home was on the market for a year with another realtor who did not show our home one time! Jeff took our home and had an all cash contract within the first 17 hours! Jeff gave us guidance on things to do to make our home more pleasing to the eye such as clearing rooms of packed boxes. He suggested getting a POD to put extra furniture in and the packed boxes. We had a huge room added on for my parents which was being used as a bedroom, but with no closet, the home could not be listed as a 4 bedroom home. So Jeff suggested that we stage the room, 13 ft. by 40 ft., as a FLorida room. Jeff gave us guidance throughout the entire process of selling our home. He personally checked on us at least once a week to make sure we didnt need anything. We had an issue with the septic drain field and Jeff even volunteered to come help my husband dig! After the entire experience was over, at closing Jeff gave us gift cards to Cracker Barrel as he knew we were leaving the state of FL and moving to NC. Jeff is a very kind and thoughtful man and we have given his name to all of our friends so that they can be taken care of professionally.
