I would highly recommend working with Jeff Meldrum. I grew up in metro Detroit, moved to the west coast, and now return to Detroit a few times a year. I'd been looking for a home downtown as a medium term investment (later potentially being a primary residence), so the requirements were fairly stringent: something appealing to me personally but also ticking all the boxes of good return on investment.Jeff was able to recommend several homes and walk me through the pros / cons of various markets in the city as well as their investment value. Jeff was able to specifically help me navigate the NEZ tax abatements in the city and how they applied to me as a secondary home buyer. All this culminated in purchasing a home with Jeff's help.

I had an awesome experience with Jeff!! I would highly recommend him! My condo sold really fast and everything was seamless! He had scheduled open house events. He also communicated with me every step of the way and was very responsive when I would reach out to him!

Jeff was great and always there when I needed him. We did have a difficult time closing on the condo, but we worked through it together. He also showed me several other properties that I was interested in as well.
