I would highly recommend if not insist that anyone who wants to buy/sell a house contact Jeff. I was a first-time home buyer and Jeff was understanding, gave me information, was available at any time and has an AMAZING sense of humor. I actually hugged him at closing because I felt that he was my advocate and champion during this whole process. He is kind, caring, funny and I will miss working with him. I was so impressed with Jeff's background and in-depth knowledge of home construction and the housing market in general. He is honest and forthcoming on homes that were viewed as far as construction and details of location and features that the homes offered. Working with Jeff was fun and humorous, but he is very insightful in realizing each potential buyer's likes and needs in the housing market. I give him a 10 out of 10!
