08/10/2015Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Gig Harbor, WA.We were referred to Jennie through a friend of a friend. And as we were moving to an area that we knew virtually nothing about we were very dependent on her to help us meet our housing and location goals in a short period of time. Jennie found time to work with us on our tight move schedule, and kept track of timing issues so that we wouldn't find ourselves "homeless," even for a short time. We relied on her knowledge of the area and housing prices/movement to help us find a great house that met all of our goals, without breaking the bank. And she listened to us as we sorted through what we were and weren't looking for in a property, which evolved as we got to know more about the area. When it came to negotiating from our initial offer through the inspection, Jennie was well versed in specifics to the area (like being a on septic system) that were completely foreign to us. We were grateful that she knew the questions that needed to be asked and that she reminded us to consider things we would have otherwise overlooked. Bottom line is Jennie worked really hard to make sure we found the house we really wanted.

Jennie and her assistant Shannon were interested in meeting my needs and not just in closing a sale. They were flexible, patient, and accommodating. At no point did I feel as if I was being hurried into anything or that anything had been left unexplained. On the contrary, Jennie went out of her way to protect my interests even in areas where I did not know my interests needed protection. I recommend Jennie unequivocally.

8/22/2014 Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Gig Harbor, WA. I didn't think I was ready to buy a home, but when I met Jennie I was instantly impressed by her knowledge and expertise! As a first time homebuyer, I knew I needed someone by my side who could tell me right away what problems I may come into from one house over the other. These were obvious to her, and it made my decision making much easier. Not only did she know off the top of her head homes that I may like in the area, she even gave me suggestions for remodel ideas that could make a house I liked, a house I loved! She was patient with my questions, confusion and even my three small children. While financing was a complete nightmare, she kept me feeling encouraged that it would work out. She was able to share information about the various areas of town, as well as specific information relative to the individual properties. 09/11/2014 Bought a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $275K in Olalla, WA. If you are looking for an uber-competent real estate agent then your search should end here. From first contact through the day of closing, Jennies professionalism and dedication to her craft were evident. She made us feel like we were her only customer and always responded promptly to any questions we had with thoughtful and thorough responses (no one word answers here!). She has an awesome network of preferred providers covering every aspect of the transaction - from lenders to inspectors - each of which was as advertised. Our inspections were scheduled and completed within a few days of our offer being accepted and she was at the house for each one of them, even offering to videotape them for me if I was unable to attend (who does that?). I first met Jennie in her capacity as the selling agent for a house that was absolutely gorgeous and marketed so well that it sold literally overnight. Jennie and I worked since then over several months considering several homes in Gig Harbor and on Bainbridge Island. Since I live in Southern California, Jennie's knowledge of the market and deep relationships with the real estate professionals in the area was hugely helpful as we learned about the pros and cons of various localities. 01/17/2014 Sold a Single Family home in 2013 in Gig Harbor, WA. I wanted to purchase a house to "flip". I was looking for that proverbial diamond in the rough. Jennie guided me through the process showing me houses I thought I wanted to buy and kept me from buying houses that would cost too much to renovate. One house we looked at had mold in the attic so bad, that it caused enough damage that the roof would need to be replaced (I did not even think to look up there). This would have been a catastrophic mistake. After about a month of my bugging Jennie with questions about particular houses (location, comps, ARV etc), I bought a house. It is in a great area and Ive started demolition. I look forward to working with Jennie again when I sell. 09/12/2013 Bought a home in 2013 in Swede Hill, Gig Harbor, WA 98332. I had been using the Redfin website for months reviewing properties in Washington. I decided to use Jennie after reading reviews and contacted her once we were in a position to purchase. She was quick to respond and more than willing to go the distance providing information on certain properties. We live two states away and she produced several videos of properties which so helped us get a feel for the condition of a property and therefore the price and a better understanding of the market in Gig Harbor. We literally had 3 days to view properties when we were in town. She devoted most of her time to our schedule.
