Working with the Barnes Young team is always a great experience. This is the 3rd house that they have helped me buy in Atlanta and they continue to amaze me with their wealth of knowledge and their willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the process goes smoothly and that ultimately I am happy. For me, finding an agent that would take the time to understand what I was looking for, help me understand and educate me on the buying/selling process, plus always have my best interest at heart was what I needed AND I got that using the Barnes Young team. The Barnes Team was great. We had trouble finding what we wanted in our price range due to low inventory. They hung in with us as we kept changing our focus due to school choice. Was all in going for a lower priced home that we would have to upgrade on our own, thus taking a hit on commission. Luckily for both of us, we found our dream home at a great price where we didn't have to add a second floor. They have great personalities, very responsive, and handled the last minute closing details wonderfully

Jennifer and her team provide excellent, comprehensive support across the total real estate transaction. Good use of enabling technology to make the real estate process much easier for those traveling all the time as all documents were able to be executed via e-signature.

Jennifer helped us successfully navigate the purchase of a new home and sale of our old home within a few short months. We decided to wait and list our old home until after we moved out (which was a little scary but made sense for us at the time) which allowed it to be shown empty. Jennifer lined up what seemed like an endless string of showings right away. We had an offer and went under contract after about 1 day!
