When I decided I wanted to invest in a residential property, Jennifer found a gem that was priced below market value, led me through the offer and closing process with ease. As well, she found an excellent tenant for me and had a solid, 2 year lease signed before I had even owned the property for a couple of weeks. When the market recently took a positive turn for sellers and my tenant decided to move out of state, I decided it was the right time to turn this property. Jennifer led me through this process with the same level of knowledge and professionalism- the property had above price offers and closed within 6 weeks of listing. She was able to negotiate a selling price that was a 50% increase over what I bought it for. Perhaps most importantly, I felt at all times Jennifer had my best interest and goals in her sights. She is one of the brightest people I know, both kind and direct and I trust her completely.
