She provided excellent advice to us, as sellers, on the asking price, staging, etc. The Hanley Home Team's marketing team then did everything they said they would at listing time - their marketing of the home was outstanding! At Jennifer's suggestion, we also did a "coming soon" listing before the actual listing, which appeared on all the listing services. As soon as the house was then listed as "available", we had multiple showings on the first day, which resulted in 2 immediate offers. Jennifer also worked with us diligently through the negotiation and closing process, again providing outstanding service. We couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome!
