When the house was not selling, they personally reduced their commission and gave that percentage to the buying agent to motivate them to show our home, which worked very quickly. I don't know any other realtor who would have done that. I wouldn't expect them to do that as a common practice, but they did it for us because we knew them as friends. The point is, they made personal sacrifices to ensure our house was sold. I love these guys!
