Jennifer did an excellent job in helping me to sell my home. She is a go-getter, has a great understanding of the dynamics of the market within her locality, and is a great advocate who truly cares about her clients. My house took a few months to sell due to rapid change in the market and circumstances beyond my control, however, Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure that my house was always at the forefront. Jen directed and advised us from beginning to end in the sale of our Kansas City property. We did everything she suggested in getting the house ready to sell, and it sold the first weekend (really)! ennifer was absolutely wonderful to work with starting from day 1 when we had our initial phone conversation. I had found her online and chose her based on her excellent reviews and sales history, but I knew nothing else about her. After first speaking with her, I could tell right away that she was on top of things and someone who could get the job done quickly and efficiently. She knows the market and always gave great advice regarding our selling price, area comps, market trends, negotiating, etc. My husband and I had been renting our Kansas City home out for the past 6 years since moving out of state, so I was a bit nervous about how we were going to pull off its sale while not physically being there. However, Jennifer was a huge help in making recommendations and connecting me to local contractors that saved me from having to go down in person. She was so thorough that I really felt comfortable not having to fly there to handle things in person. She was a life-saver! She always replied quickly whenever I had a question or concern and was always helpful. When our house ended up appraising for $2,000 less than the offer price from our buyers, Jennifer was able to challenge it and got it back up! Wow, we can't say enough in praise of Jennifer!
