She was professional and always easy to reach when I had questions or wanted to schedule a walkthrough. Being first time buyers it was extremely important to us that we had someone knowledgeable, reliable, and honest to guide us through the process. Our Realtor, Stacy Fleck provided us with the best experience we have ever had buying a home. We were new to the area and Stacy was patience while we looked around. She was quick to answer any of our questions and she was always pleasant to talk too. Once we found the right home, the Wemert process guided us through every step until our purchase was complete. I worked with Michele Moon and Jennifer Sambolin of the Wemert Group to sell my house. They were very professional, recommended a good price to list, and stayed in touch throughout the process. They use a professional photographer and the pictures came out great. The house was under contract quickly. I highly recommend the Wemert team.

Truly the best of the best. If your looking to sell or buy a new home there is no better realty group in central Florida. In the past, I have always been used to a single agent working there hardest to get my home and all there other listings sold. At the Wemert group, you get an entire team of professionals to help you through the entire process(including marketing and social media professionals). I was using Wemert from my home in Wisconsin for the sale of a house in Orlando that was part of an estate so I am not as knowledgeable about the process as I would have been if I'd been in town. Nor do I know much about the above qualities. Some of the things Wemert staff did for me that were extremely helpful would not have been necessary if I had been in Orlando. From original point of contact with Wemert to listing the house, the value had increased; the agent had done her research. We got three offers in two days after the house went on multiple listings and one was for the asking price. Inspection and assessment by the buyer went well. Closing went well. Few, if any, snags were easily remedied.

Corey Welch was a wonderful and professional listing agent! He made the process as stress free and seamless as possible. We were in crunch time to sell our house when we found Wemert Group and Corey gave us wonderful suggestions to sell our home quickly. Once listed with him, our home sold in under 2 weeks!
