My experience working with Jenn was amazing. My home was a tough sell and I knew going into it. But she took the time to explain the obstacles and how we could go about overcoming them. My home was in such bad condition when we finally had a buyer we had found out after the inspection that a HUD consultant and several general contractors would need to come in. Even though this extended my closing date a few times. I was patient because Jenn communicated with me about every step to come. I'm pleased a young family is remodeling it and I'm onto traveling the country retired.
I was able to get the best deal because of her quiet but confident negotiation skills and very precise knowledge in the business. Her professionalsim and warm attitudes made the whole process very reliable and much less stressful.
