We trust Jill and her team, and they indeed did an amazing job selling both of our houses. The real estate education she provided to us during the selling process turned out to be so valuable when we switched the side and became a buyer in another state. She is very knowledgeable with over 25 years' experience in the field, and this is super import because you don't want a very nice agent who can give you no information or even wrong information! She provided detailed market report and priced the house just right! She always gave us reasons on why she made a certain recommendation, but never push us to take it.On top of her knowledge and experience, she (and her team) is always very responsive, and very nice!! She is always available to answer our questions. We asked her questions not only about selling our houses, but also about buying a house in the state we are moving into. She never disappointed us.
