          Having been a professional real estate investor, and having sold many homes FSBO, we were initially reluctant to use a broker. However, with few showings, we reconsidered and hired Joanna after an exhaustive search & interview process. Her patience (especially with me) and her positive attitude are, by far, her greatest strengths. She respected our desires and did not push an "agenda", other than to gently point out some pitfalls. Bottom line, she got the job done, at a price far above what other brokers wanted to use as a STARTING price for our house. Also used Joanna on buying new property, and again, she was extremely flexible allowing us to do the work we desired and filling in on those points where her expertise was needed. Definitely would use her again, and recommend her to other buyers/sellers.
