EXPERIENCE is what matters when looking for a realtor! Not only does she have plenty of that but she is dedicated to what she does and is quick to respond to your texts or phone calls. My wife and I had wasted about three months with other realtors trying to purchase a house on a reverse mortgage that was NOT your typical situation. None of the realtors could find a solution. We were about to give up and decided to give one more search for a realtor before forgetting about that house. Im glad we did. She answered at 6:45 p.m. (Who works that late?) and was glad to hear us out. I am NOT lying but she came up with a solution within the first 10 minutes. I was blown away and honestly was not 100% convinced until the next day when she got the ball rolling. Once again, it was not a TYPICAL situation so it took about an extra week or two but we did NOT care because we were buying the house that other realtors could not help us with.
