    • Joe was fantastic! When we first met with him, he discussed a market analysis of our home and gave us a realistic range of sales scenarios. He gave us some good advice on little things we could do to make our house more attractive to buyers. Joe also retained Jay Nuhring to help us stage our home as part of the selling process. Jay's staging made the house look great. Joe helped us price the house properly and we were able to sell it quickly. He was always available during the process and answered all of our questions promptly. Joe also handled the whole closing since we had moved out of state by then. We were very impressed with Joe throughout the selling process and would definitely recommend him.
