Joe and his partner Joe Suryan were absolutely fantastic. Did an excellent job of setting exceptions going in, organizing proper marketing and staging, and were very, very active in helping us sift through multiple offers and situations. Very professional and got us top $ for our home.
Joe and Meiling (and his associate) contact info was on my dad's refrigerator. When he passed away, a trusted neighbor confirmed that Joe and Meiling were a good choice. We interviewed them along with several other brokers, and their knowledge and professionalism were obvious. The fact that they were local was a key factor as well. They did an excellent job helping us find contractors and working with them to do the necessary improvements needed to sell the house.
