Joe made the home buying experience a beautiful one. This was my second home purchase and unlike the first home buying process which was very stressful and unpleasant, this was a wonderful experience. Joe was very pleasant, very quick to respond in phone calls and emails, very flexible with times of showings, and VERY patient and understanding with my back and forths about buying or not buying due to other issues that were going on. In my opinion, Joe truly cared about finding the right house for me and he wouldn't try to push whichever house so that he gets a deal. He would not hesitate to tell me if a house had potential problems as he didn't want me to get stuck with a bad deal. When he showed me the house I ended up buying he was very excited about it and assured me it was a good deal. He helped tremendously with the negotiations and he referred me to an excellent attorney and mortgage specialist.
