Joe and his team made sure that the process to sell our home was smooth and well executed. Joes relationships with expert contractors helped us to speed up the process to get the house ready for sale. Joe also helped us decide which home upgrades would provide a payback in the sale of the house, and which ones would not. Joe and his team were very helpful and provided lots of good advice throughout the process, including staging tips. He also provided recent comparable sales in our area, and reviewed the details with us so that we all could all agree that we would be at a realistic selling price, not too low and not too high. Joe and his team set up an open house on the first weekend that our house was put up for sale, and by noon on Monday we had 5 offers, and all 5 were above asking price. I have bought and sold 3 houses over the years and we were very impressed with the amount of advice and support Joe and his team provided to us throughout the house selling process and highly recommend them.

Once under contract Deborah did a great job handling the closing details as well as all the accounting details for repairs.
