Joel Roberts

My passion for real estate began before college when I watched my parents purchase a rental property. After putting some sweat equity into the property, they sold the home and made more from the sale then they normally would in an entire year. I attended Baylor University in Waco, TX and graduated with a BBA in Real Estate. While at Baylor, I learned the financial and investment aspect of commercial and residential real estate that my clients have come to appreciate. I then went straight to work for one of the nation’s largest home builders, Pulte Homes, where I achieved top honors for home sales and customer service. I was then promoted as the youngest sales manager in the company’s history. I was then given the opportunity to become managing member of a building company where I was responsible for land acquisition, re-zoning, land development and sales. We developed several communities and built over 200 homes ranging from $120k- $2 million. I also gained valuable experience.
