This is the third time I have used John's team. Absolutely no complaints. With this most recent transaction, I found a great place and realized a significant discount due to the help of John's expertise. I highly recommend him!

John was fantastic start to finish. We contacted him via email to request info on a home on Saturday evening. Surprisingly, he called us immediately to discuss our needs. By Monday, we submitted an offer on our new home and closed in less than 30 days! We were pre-qualified by our credit union, but John recommended another lender that came in WAY better! If you are looking for a Realtor that will work hard for you, John Cotten is your guy! His customer service and attention to detail is top notch. He is there to answer questions anytime you need him and will help guide you every step of the way.

John really helped is in our home search. We moved to the area last June and rented for a year to get the lay of the land. I was very afraid of the process required to sell my house. I trusted John the first time I met him. He is smart, courteous and very patient. I put him through the test. He kept me informed. I really needed the encouragement he gave me. I was in a tight deadline to buy my house in Cypress, Texas. John Cotten helped me with the sale of my fathers property. I was the executor of his estate and had to deal with the beneficiaries of the sale of the house. John always gave sound advice, answered all calls and emails in a very timely manner. He also took care of bee removal that was inside a wall (50 lbs of honeycomb) by contacting the service provider.
