John went above and beyond what Id ever expect of a realtor. We are new to Huntsville and this is our first home . He took the time to help us really figure out what we wanted in a home and a neighborhood including telling us about the area, things to do, the best restaurants etc. He was honest about houses we saw, potential issues that could come up during inspection & appraisal to make sure we had the full scope of knowledge before blindly jumping into anything .
