John laid out the entire process at the first meeting and guided us through the process of figuring out what we actually wanted (and that took almost a year - first-time buyers!). We never had the feeling that he was pushing us to make a decision just so that he can cash in and move on to the next client. Had a great experience working with John on locating/buying a house in Canton (Baltimore, MD) in late 2010. I first contacted John about 2 years ago when I began slowly looking for houses. John knew my timeline and was very patient with me. I assumed going into this process that once John found out I wasn't immediately going to buy a house that he would turn his attention to another customer that would result in a quicker pay day for him.
