Jon Snyder has been a top producer in the Denver Metropolitan area from his first year in Denver in 1978. His career has been divided between management and sales, and he is well recognized in both arenas. Jon's sales production has routinely placed him among the top 1% of brokers in Colorado and the nation, while his management skills have won him and his offices numerous awards. His is best known for his expertise in the areas of contracts and negotiations, while consistently providing an unexpected level of service. In 2005, Jon wrote and published a book entitled The Business of Real Estate, A Step-by-Step Guide to Building a Profitable Real estate Sales Business. Jon was raised in Poughkeepsie, New York and is the father of three (one of which is a Jack Russell Terrier) and the grandfather of four. Education B.A. from Principia College, Elsah, Illinois M.S. in Wildlife Biology from Texas A&M, College Station, Texas Completed 95% of a Ph.D. in Wildlife Biology, Texas A&M.
