Im so glad I switched to Jon, he understood exactly what I was looking for, he knows the area very well and is great at assessing the condition and needs of a home. As a military family we move about every 2-3 years and usually the Army helps us find housing. This move was different because my husbands job was remote and not close enough to a base to use the military services we are normally used to. I was a mess and stressed out trying to find a place to rent in an area I was completely unfamiliar with all while trying to move out of our old location. Luckily a friend recommended Jon. When I contacted him, he responded immediately. And after our first conversation, I knew I no longer had to worry and stress when it came to finding a home to rent and could focus on the packing, moving and getting on the road. He promptly answered all my questions and concerns, whether it was via phone, email or text. His knowledge of this area amazed me and that alone helped us filter out the 25+ houses we had saved, all before we even arrived. With his help, we narrowed our list to 5 houses. He set up the showings and we were able to meet up with him the day after we arrived at our temporary hotel home in the area. He showed up with a packet with all the houses, so I could take my notes. That day went so smooth and that was due to the work Jon had done before we had even arrived. And having him there as we went through each house was key to making our final decision, especially since we were in a time crunch and looked at houses that were newer, townhouses, which I was weary of, and even one that was from 1863. I knew I could trust his opinion. I cant even imagine if I had to set up all these showings and do it alone. When it came to the final choice, he helped us work out all the little details of the lease and we were able to sign the it and other paperwork via email/online services! How convenient! We were able to move in a week after first seeing the house, which was very important and I attribute that to Jons hard work and dedication to his clients. He was there for us through the entire process, every step of the way. I was impressed with his technology skills, as today so much is done via email/text/social media and from what I found, most of the realty companies we looked into didnt seem like they used the latest technology. But he is just as good over the phone & in person. Very professional and knowledgeable. Jon provided priceless information about the PA/NJ area. The moment we first talked on the phone, I knew I hit the jackpot. He took the time to find out who we were and what we were looking for. I highly recommend him for any of your real estate needs.
