My sister Sharon and I were the trustees for our Step Mother, Jackie. We looked into the best real estate agency in the area and Jonathon came out to meet with us. He put us at ease, (we had just had a loss and were emotional at the time). He answered all our concerns and was caring, and professional at the same time. He guided us through the steps of selling the condo, which we were very thankful for. Jonathon kept us up to date with each step of the sale. WOW! Theres so many good things to say about Jonathan! We are only just a few days away from closing on our brand new home and I couldnt do ANY of it without Jonathan. Not only did he put up with us being picky he also gave us a nice yank back into reality at the same time. This guy wont lie, cheat or steal from you in any shape or form. When Jonathan shows you a home, he looks at it as if his family would be living there. He is an amazing realtor, he knows his stuff and will not let you get cheated. If you want your realtor as serious about this as you are, hes your guy. You want someone to answer the know at 12am when you have a question. (yes Ive texted him that late and he responded). He will simply put your family in the right home and get it done for you!!
