We were working with another realtor for three months, with no showings, prior to working with the Clark Team. Once we made the switch, we had 10 showings in the first week! Due to location on a busy road, we had a tough house to sell. I called Jordan because he helped a friend sell her house and I was impressed with him from day one. He met us on really short notice (two days, I think) and gave us some great recommendations on where we could make improvements to increase our sale price. His service includes a professional stager and photographer, at no cost to the client, and believe me when I say they make a huge difference.After I met with Jordan, I primarily dealt with Kadri, who emailed regularly to check on our progress and see if we needed anything, without ever coming across as pushy. It took me a couple months to do everything I wanted to do, and then I had to push the listing a time or two due to problems I encountered, but she never once made me feel rushed.I met with Jordan again to price the house before listing, and I was exceptionally pleased with the results. The listing went live on Thursday, with showings blocked until the open house on Saturday (with another scheduled on Sunday). He and I were on the phone Sunday evening talking about offers and I had a signed contract that evening!After that, Albert stepped in to handle all the paperwork. He helped me through the inspection, due diligence, and basically everything else up til closing.
