I worked with Joe to purchase my first home ever. It went very well and was actually quite easy. I could tell that Joe had been doing this for a long time, as his bio says. His experience was a definite plus, from the start of the process, all the way through closing. The initial meeting was just a non-obligatory meet and greet. Joe provided insight into the areas around which I was looking for a home, and provided a lot of information about the banking/financing side of the process as well. What was supposed to be a short 30 minute meeting turned into about an hour and a half, which was great for me! He provided much more information than I was expecting at an initial meeting, especially considering that I hadnt formally paid/hired him. Once I really started looking online at homes sent to me by Joe, the process was really easy. When I found the home I liked, Joe walked me through every step, was available for communication at anytime, and made it seem like a breeze to purchase a home. He was helpful with finding all of the professionals I needed prior to closing, and was a great negotiator on my behalf. Again, his experience of 34+ years really shone through. We just finished our third transaction with Joe and to say we were pleased would be an understatement. Most recently we purchased a new home from a builder using Joe as our realtor.
