I decided to move out of state, and was nervous to send Josh a text asking if he would sell the perfect house he had just found for me 11 months before. (of course he was more than happy to)Josh had a sign in my yard immediately and had multiple offers for me to choose from that night. I can honestly say there's absolutely no other realtor on this planet that compares to him. He's two steps ahead of everything at all times, he's always available by text or call, you'd think you're the only client he has with how attentive he is to all your concerns/preferences. I was a first time buyer AND seller, and Josh made sure I understood everything in full, every step of the way. With all he has done for me, and his multiple other clients during that time I'm positive he has more than 24hours in his day!

Wednesday night he ran out to Home Depot and purchased several small heaters and quickly set them up throughout the duplex. A 10pm picture he sent to us with the heaters in place not only eased our minds, but made Josh our realtor for life. As if that was not enough, he jumped through hoops to ensure ONG got the gas connected. Working with Josh is like having a friend in the industry - right from the day you meet him!
