Joshua is a great real estate agent. He is patient and available, always answers his phone when you call him and he also responds quickly to emails. He provides professional guidance and knowledge with a friendly attitude while showing you a house. He is very knowledgeable with the different neighborhoods and amenities available in the neighborhoods.Joshua was extremely helpful while looking at homes! I never once felt stupid asking questions about how to proceed in purchasing my future home!
