I was a first time buyer and Joy was patient with my inexperience, while still moving the ball forward. She knows her stuff and in a very challenging buyer's market I was grateful for her expertise and advice. She didn't pressure me, but helped arm me with all the information possible so that I could make decisions quickly (which was a necessity since houses were going so fast in the area/price point I wanted.)
