Judy Browne

When we began to look for a house, we didn’t know where to start when it came to finding a realtor. We talked to a few and then we were referred by a friend to call Judy Browne. One of the BEST referrals we have ever had. From the first meeting, Judy was upfront with us on what to expect from her from beginning to end – and she delivered. Not only is she knowledgeable about the Denver market, she was incredibly responsive and proactive when looking at homes – both for us and our lender. Since she only works on a referral basis, it ALWAYS felt like we were her only clients, which is/was important when you are fighting this fast-paced market (she even would go look at homes for us if we weren’t available to do so). Her home inspection background also was very valuable when walking through homes. We left each home having a good idea what we might be getting ourselves into, AND how we might be able to solve those challenges long-term – because she has a mechanical background too. She is like the MacGyver of realtors! Needless to say, we would recommend Judy in a heartbeat (and already have to others). Thanks again for everything , Judy!
