Judy Sarafian

Judy Sarafian should not be a real estate agent or at the very least she should invest in some continued learning opportunities. She is a nice enough woman, but she does not know enough about her field to even fringe competency. She was incapable of drafting and understanding even the simplest of real estate contracts, nor did she seem to understand that while attorneys are responsible for drafting the P&S, it was her job to be able to negotiate the initial offer. Her approach to real estate transactions is over delegation, unnecessary and unjustly delaying and oversharing personal details to the point of being unprofessional. She spent a significant amount of time speaking about her niece’s hormonal problems and hypochondria. If you can avoid Ms. Sarafian, I would highly suggest that. If your buyer, you and your agent will be endlessly frustrated and waste a lot of energy and time. You are a seller, there is a good chance that your property will sell for less than what it's worth because buyers who can put a lot on the table are not going to deal with the headache and incompetence of this woman.
